What you'll do

  • Lead technical program execution for advanced aircraft engine control systems in military programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions meeting technical, schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Use FLIGHT DECK to drive business outcomes by connecting team execution with SQDC priorities.
  • Establish Standard Work to document and sustain key processes for continuous improvement.
  • Drive controls requirements development, architecture definition, and validation activities.
  • Mentor engineers and serve as a customer interface in technical reviews.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience related to aircraft engine controls systems and software development.
  • Proven ability to lead complex technical programs and integrated product teams.
  • Experience using FLIGHT DECK Fundamentals and Behaviors to drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with NPSS simulation tools and MATLAB/Simulink environment.
