What you'll do

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team IAM initiatives with clear scope, milestones, and budgets.
Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
Partner with Product and Delivery teams to translate requirements into engineering roadmaps and high-impact results.
Identify and facilitate the mitigation of delivery risks while establishing program governance and execution rigor.
Ensure IAM programs adhere to regulatory requirements through compliance-by-design and least-privilege principles.
Manage resources, vendor performance, and capacity optimization across internal teams and third parties.
Provide transparent dashboards and executive communications regarding roadmap progress, risk posture, and value realization.
Lead organizational change management, including readiness, training, and adoption of new processes and tools.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
Experience in program delivery within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
Experience in technology control management or information security with an emphasis on control assessment, mitigation, and design.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong data sensitivity awareness.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Advanced experience in technical fluency, including vendor product knowledge and managing vendor relations.
Practical experience with public cloud services and controls (preferred).
