What you'll do

Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain data center networks and systems to ensure 24/7 uptime.
Process all inbound and outbound phone calls, radio communications, and digital messages promptly.
Respond to system alarms and identify performance issues that may not be flagged by automated alerts.
Manage incident bridge communications, coordinate with vendors, and provide guidance during critical events.
Track and update tickets or work orders to facilitate resolution and free up onsite staff.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and develop knowledge-based bulletins to prevent recurring issues.
Analyze performance data and trends to report potential risks to senior technical personnel.
Maintain real-time awareness of equipment configurations and ensure compliance with established safety protocols.

What we're looking for

Proficiency with alarm monitoring systems and building management systems (BMS).
Basic understanding of incident management platforms and ticketing systems.
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to read and interpret system performance data and trending reports.
Familiarity with communication systems such as phone systems, radios, and digital messaging platforms.
Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays for 24/7 operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
ITIL Foundation certification or similar incident management training (preferred); experience with Root Cause Analysis methodologies (preferred).
