What you'll do

Design, build, test, and support Workato recipes and integrations across systems like Salesforce and NetSuite.
Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and implementation plans.
Troubleshoot integration issues, perform debugging, and improve system reliability and observability.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex integration workstreams from design through delivery.
Document integration patterns, templates, and operational procedures to improve team efficiency.
Proactively identify risks and improve existing recipes and processes rather than just resolving tickets.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise integrations, or automation engineering are required.
Hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS tools is required.
Experience with Kafka and related ecosystem tools for event-based data movement is required.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, message queues, and middleware platforms is required.
Experience supporting integrations in a SaaS or high-growth enterprise environment (preferred).
Knowledge of integration security, authentication, and access patterns like OAuth and SSO (preferred).
