What you'll do

  • Administer and support the PTC Windchill PLM system including document management, workflows, and access controls.
  • Manage CAD data for engineering teams to ensure proper revision control and data integrity.
  • Integrate Windchill with various CAD applications such as Creo, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
  • Develop and maintain CAD and PLM standards, procedures, templates, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide training for CAD and Windchill users.
  • Coordinate change requests, change notices, and release workflows.
  • Develop and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs) and related product structures.
  • Perform data migration, validation, and cleanup for legacy and new product information.

What we're looking for

  • Associate's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field (equivalent experience considered).
  • 3–7 years of experience supporting CAD systems and PTC Windchill in an engineering environment.
  • Experience with PLM administration, engineering document control, and configuration management.
  • Working knowledge of CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, Creo, or AutoCAD.
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle management principles and engineering change processes.
  • Experience with BOM management and product structure maintenance.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other regulated industries (preferred).
