Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to engineering and design teams regarding NX issues.
Lead projects to improve the reliability and capability of the CAD/PLM environment.
Ensure all CAD configuration activities comply with site security, quality, and regulatory standards.
What we're looking for
Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Drafting/Design, or equivalent work experience.
2–4 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience supporting or using CAD platforms like NX or SolidWorks in a professional environment.
Working knowledge of interpreting NX Logs and Sys Logs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical staff.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing complex software conflicts.
Experience administering Teamcenter PLM, including workflow, BOM, and access configuration (preferred).
Multi-skilled experience in Siemens NX administration across CAD, CAM, and CAE environments (preferred); capable of obtaining U.S. Secret clearance (preferred).
