What you'll do

Perform computer systems analysis in support of classified government contracts.
Troubleshoot issues across hardware, firmware, software, operating systems, networks, and applications.
Install, upgrade, and patch systems while maintaining configuration management standards.
Manage Windows file systems, disk space, backup services, and virus protection.
Create and manage Windows user accounts, file permissions, and security access lists.
Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize impact on users.
Maintain security audit logs and documentation for classified networked and standalone computers.
Resolve technical issues using ticketing systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.

What we're looking for

Must have a Master's degree with 0 years experience, Bachelor's with 2 years, Associate's with 4 years, or High School Diploma with 6 years.
Must possess a U.S. Government Secret level security clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Computer Systems Analyst – IAT level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND).
Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support is required.
Active Top Secret, SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph (preferred).
Experience with Windows Server Administration including Active Directory and Group Policy (preferred).
Familiarity with networking, virtualization, scripting, and cross-platform operating systems (preferred).
