What you'll do

Perform computer systems analysis to support classified government contracts.
Install, upgrade, and patch systems in support of configuration management.
Troubleshoot issues across software, firmware, hardware, networks, and operating systems.
Maintain backup and recovery services, file systems, disk space, and virus protection.
Create user accounts, file permissions, and security access lists.
Maintain security audit logs and information for classified networked and standalone computers.
Support environments using ticketing systems like ServiceNow and JIRA.
Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.

What we're looking for

Must have a Master's degree with 0 years of experience, a Bachelor's with 2 years, an Associate's with 4 years, or a High School diploma with 6 years.
Must possess a U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance.
Must be able to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance before the start date.
Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Computer Systems Analyst – IAT level II certification.
Must have U.S. Citizenship.
Must have knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support.
Must have 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1 year with a Master's degree (preferred).
Must have Active TS/SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph (preferred).
