What you'll do

Perform computer systems analysis in support of classified government contracts.
Troubleshoot issues across software, firmware, hardware, networks, and operating systems.
Install, upgrade, and patch systems to support configuration management.
Manage Windows file systems, disk space, and routine virus protection services.
Create and manage Windows user accounts, file permissions, and security access lists.
Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
Maintain security audit logs for classified networked and standalone computers.
Manage support tickets and documentation using systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.

What we're looking for

Must have a Master's degree with 0 years experience, Bachelor's with 2 years, Associate's with 4 years, or High School Diploma with 6 years.
Must possess a U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance.
Must be able to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance before the start date.
Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Computer Systems Analyst – IAT level II certification.
Must have knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, or Windows Server Administration (preferred).
Knowledge of NISPOM, RMF, STIG, or other information system environments; virtualization; and scripting (preferred).
