Principal Computer Systems Analyst, Windows

What you'll do

• Perform Windows administration tasks to support multiple networks under minimal direction.
• Maintain multi-user computer systems through installation, patching, monitoring, and configuration management.
• Ensure system compliance using Group Policy and other security technologies.
• Provide and maintain backup and recovery services, file systems, and virus protection.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for system processes and procedures.
• Maintain security audit and logging information for all classified networked and standalone computers.
• Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
• Support environments by managing requirements through ticketing systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.

What we're looking for

• Must have an Associate's degree with 7 years of experience, a Bachelor's with 5 years, a Master's with 3 years, or a High School diploma with 9 years.
• Must possess a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance with a closed investigation date within the last 6 years or be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
• Must be able to obtain a Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) clearance before the start date.
• Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Principal Computer Systems Analyst, including a Security+ certification.
• Must have experience with Windows domains, including Active Directory, GPOs, Policies, and permissions.
• Must be able to work on-site full-time at the Linthicum, MD campus.
• Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance.
