What you'll do

Perform Windows administration tasks across multiple networks under minimal direction.
Maintain system reliability through installation, patching, monitoring, and configuration management.
Manage backup services, file systems, disk space, and virus protection on a routine basis.
Ensure system compliance using Group Policy and other relevant technologies.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for system processes and procedures.
Maintain security audit logs and information for all classified networked and standalone computers.
Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, firmware, and network layers.
Manage service requests and track tasks through ticketing systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.

What we're looking for

Must possess an Associate's degree with 7 years experience, Bachelor's with 5 years, Master's with 3 years, or a High School diploma with 9 years experience.
Must have a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program.
Must be eligible to obtain a Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) clearance before the start date.
Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Principal Computer Systems Analyst, specifically Security+ certification.
Must possess experience with Windows domains, including Active Directory, GPOs, policies, and permissions.
Must be a U.S. citizen to hold the required government security clearances.
Must be able to work on-site full-time at the Linthum, MD campus.
Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
