What you'll do

  • Oversee and lead the reliable operations of multi-user computer systems in support of classified government contracts.
  • Analyze customer requirements to determine necessary equipment and software solutions for technical problems.
  • Implement system enhancements, including automation, patching, monitoring, and configuration management to improve performance.
  • Manage file systems, disk space, virus protection, and ensure compliant backup and recovery services.
  • Test and oversee new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize impact on end users.
  • Develop and document technical processes and procedures for the organization.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, firmware, software, and network layers.
  • Mentor and develop the technical skills of other professionals within the team.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess an Associate’s degree with 10 years experience, Bachelor’s with 8 years, Master’s with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent with 12 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.
  • Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance or be enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation Program.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance.
  • Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Sr. Principal Computer Systems Analyst - Security+.
  • Experience designing and maintaining Windows domain architectures, including Active Directory, GPOs, Policies, and permissions in a classified environment.
  • Experience with Windows Server Administration, networking (Cisco), and virtualized environments (preferred).
  • Experience operating within NISPOM, RMF, STIG, or other specific information system environments (preferred).
