What you'll do

Oversee and lead the reliable operations of multi-user computer systems in support of classified government contracts.
Analyze customer requirements to determine necessary equipment and software solutions for technical problems.
Implement system enhancements, including automation, patching, monitoring, and configuration management to improve performance.
Manage file systems, disk space, virus protection, and ensure compliant backup and recovery services.
Test and oversee new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize impact on end users.
Develop and document technical processes and procedures for the organization.
Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, firmware, software, and network layers.
Mentor and develop the technical skills of other professionals within the team.

What we're looking for

Must possess an Associate’s degree with 10 years experience, Bachelor’s with 8 years, Master’s with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years of relevant experience.
A High School diploma or equivalent with 12 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.
Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance or be enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation Program.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance.
Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Sr. Principal Computer Systems Analyst - Security+.
Experience designing and maintaining Windows domain architectures, including Active Directory, GPOs, Policies, and permissions in a classified environment.
Experience with Windows Server Administration, networking (Cisco), and virtualized environments (preferred).
Experience operating within NISPOM, RMF, STIG, or other specific information system environments (preferred).
