Principal Computer Systems Analyst, Windows

What you'll do

• Perform Windows administration tasks to support multiple networks and classified government contracts.
• Maintain multi-user computer systems through installation, upgrading, patching, and configuration management.
• Ensure system compliance using Group Policy and other security technologies.
• Provide and maintain backup and recovery services while managing file systems and disk space.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for system processes and procedures.
• Maintain security audit and logging information for all classified networked and standalone computers.
• Isolate technical issues between software, firmware, hardware, networks, and applications.
• Support environment requirements through ticketing systems like ServiceNow and JIRA.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, a Master's with 3 years, or a PhD with 0 years.
• A High School diploma or equivalent may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security+CE certification.
• Must have experience with Windows domains, including Active Directory, GPOs, Policies, and permissions.
• Must be able to work on-site full-time at the Sunnyvale, CA campus.
• Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
