The Computer Systems Analyst joins the CIDO Classified Solutions team to support information system lifecycle activities for classified government contracts. This role involves performing technical troubleshooting across software, firmware, hardware, networks, and operating systems to isolate issues and resolve systematic problems. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, upgrading, and patching systems, managing Windows file systems, maintaining backup services, and overseeing virus protection. The candidate will also test new product releases for compatibility, manage tickets via ServiceNow or JIRA, and coordinate with vendors to evaluate products. Required technical skills include proficiency in Windows and Linux server operating systems and workstation support. The role operates within a high-security environment requiring strict adherence to information systems security guidelines while supporting multi-user computer systems and ensuring all administration tasks comply with established policies and procedures for classified infrastructure.

What we're looking for
Must have a Master's degree, or a Bachelor's with 2 years experience, or an Associate's with 4 years experience, or a High School Diploma with 6 years experience.
Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux Server Operating Systems and workstation support is required.
Must possess a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program.
Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE).
Ability to obtain an Operating Systems Environment Certification, such as Linux+, within 90 days.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field (preferred).
Experience in large scale IT environments, DCSA accredited environments, or with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence (preferred).
