Computer Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Perform computer systems analysis to support information system lifecycle activities for classified government contracts.
• Isolate technical issues across software, firmware, hardware, operating systems, networks, and applications.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of tactical IP networks including installation, cabling, troubleshooting, and decommissioning.
• Provide Layer 1 support in classified labs by installing rack hardware and performing interconnect cabling.
• Track and maintain accountability for serialized equipment across multiple classified laboratories.
• Resolve physical connectivity issues using cable testing tools and technical diagrams.
• Manage service requests and track task statuses through ticketing systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Support facility operations during environmental events such as power outages or HVAC maintenance.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Master's degree, or a Bachelor's with 2 years experience, or an Associate's with 4 years experience, or a High School Diploma with 6 years experience.
• Must possess a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program.
• Must have hands-on experience installing, securing, cabling, and decommissioning lab and network equipment in rack-mounted environments.
• Must have experience routing, labeling, terminating, troubleshooting, and replacing cabling in a lab or test environment.
• Must be able to use cable testing and troubleshooting tools to resolve physical connectivity issues.
• Must be able to read technical diagrams, equipment layouts, and follow written work instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight or enclosed spaces.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
