Computer Systems Analyst - Level 2

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain the GFC/C system for daily sustainment training at the MDIOC facility.
• Verify and modify training configurations to ensure all systems function properly during operations.
• Configure GFC systems using UNIX/LINUX command line interfaces and other delivered tools.
• Support new hardware and software installations for all GST systems at the MDIOC.
• Perform local test and checkout procedures to verify new systems are ready for integration.
• Coordinate with contractors and government personnel to schedule and de-conflict training systems.
• Maintain necessary documentation and manage system logs for the training environment.
• Identify and report system anomalies while performing daily system cleanup.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government issued Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline preferred with 2 years of related work experience.
• 0-2 years of related experience with a Master's degree is acceptable.
• 6 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Experience working in a classified environment at a government-based facility (preferred).
• Experience with UNIX/Linux platforms, Python coding, or GMD/GFC/C system knowledge (preferred).
