Computer Support Analyst

What you'll do

• Integrate new COTS and GOTS systems into the production environment to ensure mission readiness.
• Manage change controls and documentation within a configuration management database (CMDB).
• Resolve complex technical issues involving users, computers, servers, networks, and applications.
• Record and manage technical solutions within a knowledge database and ticketing system.
• Monitor network data and perform proactive audits to identify risks and remediate incidents.
• Act as a subject matter expert to analyze problems and provide remediation recommendations to management.
• Perform physical and logical troubleshooting of datacenter infrastructure and hardware.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of experience, a Master's with less than 2 years, or a High School diploma with 6+ years of experience are required.
• Final Top Secret clearance is required.
• Team leadership experience is required.
• Experience with Windows Server administration tools such as WSUS, Group Policy, Active Directory, and RDP is required.
• Proficiency in Windows 11, Windows Server 2022/2025, GOTS/COTS applications, and Dell hardware troubleshooting is required.
• Experience providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 Help Desk support and performing datacenter physical and logical troubleshooting is required.
• Lifecycle management, Network Monitoring tools (OpManager, Solarwinds, PRTG), RAID understanding, and virtualization experience are preferred.
• Infrastructure equipment troubleshooting, ticket tracking systems, Cisco/Juniper troubleshooting, cybersecurity incident response, and scripting (Command or PowerShell) are preferred.
