What you'll do

Perform Windows Computer Systems Analyst duties in support of classified government contracts.
Troubleshoot issues across software, firmware, hardware, networks, and operating systems.
Install, upgrade, and patch systems while maintaining configuration management standards.
Manage Windows file systems, disk space, backup services, and virus protection.
Create and manage user accounts, file permissions, and security access lists.
Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize impact on users.
Maintain security audit logs and documentation for information system security requirements.
Resolve technical issues using ticketing systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Master's degree with 0 years experience, Bachelor's with 2 years, Associate's with 4 years, or High School diploma with 6 years experience.
Must have knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support.
Must have experience with Windows domains, including Active Directory, GPOs, policies, and permissions.
Must possess a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program.
Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Principal Computer Systems Analyst with Security+ or higher certification.
Must be a U.S. citizen to hold the required government clearance.
Preferred knowledge of NISPOM, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG information system environments.
Preferred experience with virtualization technologies, scripting, and assessment and authorization processes.
