What you'll do

Perform as a Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts.
Isolate issues between software, firmware, hardware, networks, and operating systems.
Install, upgrade, and patch systems while maintaining configuration management standards.
Manage Windows file systems, disk space, backup services, and virus protection.
Create and manage user accounts, file permissions, and security access lists.
Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
Maintain security audit logs and documentation for information system security requirements.
Resolve technical issues using ticketing systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.

What we're looking for

Must have an active Secret level clearance at time of hire.
Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Must possess a Master's degree, or a Bachelor's with 2 years experience, or an Associate's with 4 years experience, or a High School Diploma with 6 years experience.
Must meet the U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Systems Operation Analyst.
CompTIA Security+, ISC CISSP, or equivalent certification is required.
Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support is required.
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
