Computer Operations Analyst 2

What you'll do

• Perform computer systems analysis in support of classified government contracts.
• Isolate technical issues between software, firmware, hardware, networks, and operating systems.
• Install, upgrade, and patch systems in support of configuration management.
• Maintain backup and recovery services, file systems, disk space, and virus protection.
• Create and manage Windows user accounts, file permissions, and security access lists.
• Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
• Maintain security audit logs and information for classified networked and standalone computers.
• Support environments using ticketing systems like ServiceNow and JIRA.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Master's degree with 0 years of experience, a Bachelor's with 2 years, an Associate's with 4 years, or a High School diploma with 6 years.
• Must have an active Secret level clearance at time of hire.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Systems Operation Analyst, such as CompTIA Security+ or ISC CISSP.
• Must have knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support.
• Windows Server Administration experience including Active Directory and Group Policy (preferred).
• Knowledge of NISPOM, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG information system environments (preferred).
