What you'll do

  • Oversee and lead the reliable operations of multi-user computer systems in support of classified government contracts.
  • Analyze customer requirements to determine necessary equipment and software solutions for technical problems.
  • Implement system enhancements, including automation, patching, monitoring, and configuration management to improve performance.
  • Manage file systems, disk space, virus protection, and ensure compliant backup and recovery services.
  • Test and oversee new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize impact on end users.
  • Develop and document technical processes, procedures, and security audit logs for classified networks.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, firmware, software, operating systems, and network layers.
  • Mentor junior professionals to develop and grow internal technical talent.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Master's degree with 6 years experience, Bachelor's with 8 years, Associate's with 10 years, or High School with 12 years.
  • Must possess a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with a closed investigation within the last 6 years or be in the CE program.
  • Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for Cybersecurity (722) such as Security+ CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Experience designing and maintaining Windows domain architectures including Active Directory, GPOs, policies, and permissions in a classified environment is required.
  • Experienced Windows Server Administration including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and other services (preferred).
  • Experience operating under NISPOM Chapter 8, DCID 6/3-ICD 503, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG environments (preferred).
