Senior Principal Computer Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Oversee and lead the reliable operations of multi-user computer systems in a classified environment.
• Analyze customer requirements to determine necessary equipment and software solutions for technical problems.
• Implement system enhancements, including automation, patching, monitoring, and configuration management.
• Manage backup and recovery services, file systems, disk space, and routine virus protection.
• Test and oversee new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
• Lead the development and documentation of technical processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across software, firmware, hardware, networks, and operating systems.
• Ensure accurate security audit logging on all classified networked and standalone computers.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Master's degree with 6 years of experience, a Bachelor's with 8 years, an Associate's with 10 years, or a High School Diploma with 12 years.
• Must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with a closed investigation date within the last 6 years or be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.
• Must have U.S. Citizenship.
• Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for Cybersecurity (722), such as Security+ CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP.
• Must have experience designing and maintaining Windows domain architectures, including Active Directory, GPOs, policies, and permissions in a classified environment.
• Must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and work on-site in Roy, Utah or Huntsville, AL.
• Preferred qualifications include Security+ CE, Windows Server Administration, networking experience, and experience with RMF, STIG, or JSIG environments (preferred).
