Compliance Regulatory Strategy Officer Associate

What you'll do

• Write and optimize SQL queries to provide recurring reporting and ad-hoc analytics for regulatory engagement topics.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder-facing dashboards using tools like Tableau or ThoughtSpot with consistent logic and UX.
• Build and enhance AI-enabled business intelligence assets, including semantic layer construction and governed metric definitions.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities where Machine Learning and GenAI can add value to business processes.
• Support requirements gathering by drafting mockups, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the product backlog.
• Develop and test AI prompts while monitoring performance and quality in partnership with stakeholders.
• Automate and transform reporting sourced from multiple regulatory systems using tools like Tableau and Alteryx.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, engineering, computer science, statistics, or related technical field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, joining datasets, validating results, and troubleshooting data issues.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards using Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Qlik, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in AI-enabled analytics, automation, and a willingness to learn emerging tools and methods.
• Preferred experience with Databricks, governed data environments, or AI-enabled analytics tools.
• Preferred background in regulatory, risk, compliance, control, finance, audit, or other governance processes.
