What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end commissioning process for multi-million-dollar data center construction projects in the assigned metro.
Perform on-site inspections to review Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) during the construction phase.
Develop, maintain, and refine commissioning procedures, standards, and best practices for infrastructure delivery.
Manage contracted Commissioning Agents and provide performance oversight using scorecard-driven metrics.
Track and report project progress regarding scope, schedule, and budget to senior management.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction managers to align on project goals and requirements.
Prepare Requests for Proposal (RFPs), expenditure reports, and other necessary project approval tools.
Develop long-term delivery strategies that incorporate technical requirements into execution plans.

What we're looking for

Must have a Doctorate and 2+ years of technical engineering experience, or a Master's and 4+ years, or a Bachelor's and 5+ years in a related field.
Alternatively, must have at least 12 years of relevant technical engineering experience.
Must be able to perform work in the field on a construction project.
Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
Must reside within 50 miles of Mount Pleasant, WI.
Construction Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) (preferred).
Ability to develop and write detailed Commissioning Scripts (preferred).
OSHA 30, NFPA-70E, or PMP certifications; proficiency with MS Office and Teams (preferred).
