What we're looking for

  • Juris Doctorate Degree required.
  • At least 4 years of legal experience, preferably with U.S. Federal Government contracts.
  • Admitted to a U.S. bar in good standing.
  • Experience developing and administering compliance programs for sales-focused organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government data rights provisions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to train large groups.
  • Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
