The position demands a Secret or Top-Secret clearance and involves working on platforms like HPDMS to document services provided.

What you'll do

Develop and implement cognitive performance programs to enhance mental readiness.
Train SOF personnel in cognitive, behavioral, and emotional control skills.
Evaluate the effectiveness of cognitive performance training programs.
Advise on matters related to mental performance and sport psychology.
Document services provided using HP Enterprise-wide platforms as required.
Provide education on executive function, sleep, self-regulation, and attention.
Deliver HRV training in high-performance settings.

What we're looking for

Master's degree in human performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Cognitive Science, or related field.
At least three years of experience as a cognitive performance practitioner with military members or high-performance athletes.
Evidence-based training and education skills for mental and physical performance enhancement.
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret or Top-Secret clearance.
Certification in heart rate variability (HRV) through BCIA or relevant certification within one year of hire.
Collaboration and documentation skills across Human Performance team platforms.
