As an Occupational Therapist at GDIT, you will join a dedicated healthcare services team to support mission readiness and resilience for military personnel. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary Human Performance teams, deliver evidence-based interventions, and provide coaching in both garrison and operational settings. Essential skills include expertise in cognitive assessment and intervention, understanding of operational stress and fatigue management, and the ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team. The role requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy, current licensure, and experience in cognitive rehabilitation. Experience with tactical military populations and neurocognitive testing platforms is preferred.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary Human Performance teams on resilience programming.
  • Educate service members on cognitive resilience and fatigue mitigation strategies.
  • Advise leadership on aggregate cognitive readiness trends and risk factors.

What we're looking for

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum three years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • At least two years of experience in cognitive rehabilitation, neurorehabilitation, human performance, or a related field.
  • Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in at least one U.S. state or territory.
  • Certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Experience working with tactical, military, elite athletic, or high-performance populations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance within six months of hiring.
