Key competencies include expertise in cognitive assessment, neurorehabilitation, human performance, and understanding of sleep science and fatigue management. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage high-stress operational environments, ensuring that all interventions align with the specific demands of special operations forces and mission-critical tasks.

What you'll do

  • Conduct comprehensive cognitive performance evaluations using standardized assessment tools and neurocognitive testing platforms.
  • Perform occupational analysis to identify performance barriers related to mission tasks and environmental mismatches.
  • Develop individualized cognitive performance plans targeting executive functioning, attention control, and stress regulation.
  • Deliver group-based cognitive training, performance workshops, and rehabilitation protocols for personnel returning from injury or illness.
  • Provide in-training environment coaching to enhance real-time cognitive performance during operational tasks.
  • Educate service members on cognitive resilience, fatigue mitigation, workload management, and recovery best practices.
  • Advise leadership on aggregate cognitive readiness trends and risk factors while ensuring compliance with DoD regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess U.S. citizenship.
  • Must currently possess a Top Secret clearance or be able to obtain a TS/SCI.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in at least one U.S. state or territory.
  • Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • At least two years of experience in cognitive rehabilitation, neurorehabilitation, human performance, or a related field.
  • Experience working with tactical, military, elite athletic, or high-performance populations (preferred).
  • Experience with neurocognitive testing platforms and performance data interpretation (preferred).
