What you'll do

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of cognitive programs using specific metrics.
Conduct biofeedback and neurofeedback sessions to improve psychological performance.

What we're looking for

Doctoral degree in Psychology, Human Performance, or related field.
At least three years of post-doctorate experience in performance psychology.
Experience working with military members or high-performance athletes.
Ability to obtain Secret or Top-Secret clearance.
Certification in biofeedback and/or neurofeedback (BCIA/IQCB).
Design and deliver cognitive training programs for individuals and groups.
Advise leadership on cognitive performance strategies and program development.
