As a Cloud Solution Architecture Manager - AI Business Solutions, you will lead a team dedicated to helping customers realize the full value of their investments in Microsoft technologies. This people management role involves coaching and empowering your team to drive outcomes through AI Business Solutions and Unified Support while managing a portfolio of customers and specific business metrics. You will oversee the end-to-end Copilot and AI journey across platforms including Chat, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, D365, and Power Platform. Manage a team of architects to help customers realize value from Microsoft AI and cloud technologies.
Lead the end-to-end Copilot and AI journey across M365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
Coach and train team members on technical skills and articulating business value for AI transformation.
Identify and escalate blockers to accelerate solution deployment and customer usage.
Align technical and business value paths with specific metrics to ensure operational excellence.
Drive growth in Unified Support and Value Added Services (VAS) through strategic engagement opportunities.
Deliver feedback and success stories from customers to internal Engineering and Product teams.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture.
3+ years of people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
U.S. citizenship is required due to legal restrictions regarding government agency customers.
Must pass a Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or architecture with a Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles and leading technical projects, teams, or functions (preferred).
Technical certification in Cloud or functional/technical certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps (preferred).
