What you'll do

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technical solution architects.
Drive technical strategy for enterprise partners to build AI-first solutions using Azure and Copilot.
Ensure partners build secure, scalable, and cost-optimized solutions to drive customer adoption.
Serve as a senior advisor to partner executives to influence their business strategies.
Orchestrate collaboration across internal engineering, product, sales, and partner success teams.
Identify and share partner feedback and market trends to inform Microsoft's product roadmap.
Develop reusable intellectual property and scalable enablement models for partner growth.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, architecture, or consulting.
3+ years of people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
Must have authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship.
12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting (preferred).
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field (preferred).
6+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred).
6+ years of experience leading technical projects, teams, or functions (preferred).
Technical Certification in Cloud, such as Azure, AWS, Google, or security certifications (preferred).
5+ years of people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers (preferred).
