As a Cloud Solution Architect - Partner Practice Building & IP Development within the Customer Experience and Success organization, you will support customers through their end-to-end solution journey. You will act as a subject matter expert for the Success Programs Foundations team, focusing on unified onboarding, renewals, and partner programs. Your daily responsibilities include designing and creating repeatable customer-facing services, developing intellectual property and delivery guides, and ensuring technical alignment across service lifecycles. You will serve as a trusted advisor to bridge the gap between technical delivery managers and business decision makers while driving technical excellence in multi-workload integration. The role requires expertise in cloud and infrastructure technologies, service architecture, and business process design. Key skills include cross-team orchestration, creating technical requirements documents, and navigating complex partner delivery models within the Microsoft ecosystem to improve customer outcomes.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture.
4+ years of experience working in customer-facing roles.
4+ years of experience working on technical projects.
Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) or security certifications.
Experience in service architecture and business process design.
Experience with cross-team orchestration involving engineering, programs, field teams, and vendor partners.
Proficiency in creating technical documentation such as service diagrams, process flows, and Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs).
