What you'll do

Lead and develop a team of architects specializing in cloud and AI solution architecture.
Coach teams on building and modifying intellectual properties rooted in domain expertise.
Champion the adoption of Copilot, Copilot Cowork, Agents, and AI-powered business solutions.
Provide the team with a holistic perspective on customer challenges, industry trends, and competitor architectures.
Drive adherence to Microsoft standards by setting expectations for methodology and governance.
Identify, communicate, and minimize business and technical risks during solution delivery.
Lead solution play execution to accelerate customer time-to-value and ROI.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field and 8+ years of relevant technology experience.
3+ years of people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
Authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture (preferred).
Master's Degree and 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, or architecture (preferred).
6+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred).
6+ years of experience leading technical projects, teams, or functions (preferred).
Technical Certification in Cloud, such as Azure, AWS, Google, or security certifications (preferred).
