What you'll do

Lead architectural design for Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot to ensure sustained usage.
Use Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale.
Identify business needs and determine solutions for process improvement and strategic planning.
Build deep technical relationships with senior IT executives to gain consensus on projects.
Partner with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored expansion solutions.
Share expertise in relevant communities to contribute to IP creation and reuse.
Proactively share customer insights and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution.

What we're looking for

Verification of U.S. citizenship is required due to legal restrictions.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field and 6+ years of relevant experience.
8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, or software development.
4+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
5+ years of experience working on technical M365, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio projects.
Deep knowledge of solution architecture, design, implementation, and support of Cloud/collaboration environments.
Proven track record of building technical relationships with senior IT executives and managing stakeholder relationships.
