Senior Cloud Solution Architecture

What you'll do

• Translate customer challenges into actionable AI solutions aligned with high ROI outcomes.
• Lead architectural designs to drive sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot.
• Use Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale.
• Partner with technical and sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and tailored solutions.
• Share expertise in relevant communities and contribute to the creation of reusable intellectual property.
• Provide proactive feedback and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution.
• Maintain technical readiness through continuous self-directed learning of Copilot and M365 products.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience working on technical projects (preferred).
• Technical Certification in Cloud such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Azure, AWS, Google, or security certifications (preferred).
• Must live in the greater DMV area.
