Cloud Security Architect

What you'll do

• Support the delivery and accreditation of secure ground infrastructure in hybrid cloud environments.
• Enable cross-domain data flows between CUI and SECRET clouds to meet mission requirements.
• Implement and manage infrastructure within major government cloud environments like AWS GovCloud or Azure Government.
• Manage system security accreditations by developing and maintaining POA&Ms, evidence, and SSPs.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices and frameworks including NIST RMF and DoD STIGs.
• Automate systems and networks using scripting tools such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible.
• Architect and deploy cross-domain solutions like data diodes and secure gateways in multi-cloud environments.

What we're looking for

• Active Secret clearance required at the time of application.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• For Level 3: 5 years experience with a Bachelor's, 3 with a Master's, or 1 with a PhD (or 4 additional years in lieu of degree).
• For Level 4: 8 years experience with a Bachelor's, 6 with a Master's, or 4 with a PhD (or 4 additional years in lieu of degree).
• Experience implementing or managing infrastructure in at least one major cloud environment like AWS GovCloud, AWS SC2S, or Azure Government.
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices and frameworks including NIST RMF, DoD STIGs, security controls, and vulnerability management.
• Experience supporting system security accreditation (ATO/IATT process) and developing POA&Ms, evidence, or SSPs.
• Proficiency in system/network automation or scripting tools such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible.
• Security+, CISSP, AWS Solutions Architect, CCSP, or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Experience with cross-domain solutions, multi-cloud architecture, and secure enclave design (preferred).
