Cloud Security Architect, Level 3/4

What you'll do

• Support the delivery and accreditation of secure ground infrastructure in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Enable cross-domain data flows between CUI and SECRET clouds to meet mission requirements.
• Implement and manage infrastructure in major cloud environments like AWS GovCloud or Azure Government.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices and frameworks including NIST RMF and DoD STIGs.
• Support system security accreditation processes by developing and maintaining POA&Ms, evidence, and SSPs.
• Use automation and scripting tools like Python, PowerShell, or Ansible for system and network tasks.
• Architect and deploy cross-domain solutions such as data diodes, guards, or secure gateways.
• Integrate boundary solutions into multicloud or hybrid cloud enterprise architectures.

What we're looking for

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Secret clearance is required at the time of application.
• For Level 3: 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's, 3 years with a Master's, or 1 year with a PhD.
• For Level 4: 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's, 6 years with a Master's, or 4 years with a PhD.
• Experience implementing or managing infrastructure in at least one major cloud environment like AWS GovCloud or Azure Government.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST RMF, DoD STIGs, and vulnerability management.
• Experience supporting system security accreditation processes, developing POA&Ms, and maintaining SSPs.
• Proficiency in system/network automation or scripting tools such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible.
• Security+, CISSP, AWS Solutions Architect, CCSP, or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience architecting and deploying cross domain solutions (CDS) in multicloud or hybrid environments (preferred).
