Clinical Innovation & Informatics, Health Informatics Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze healthcare data and customer workflows to support effective team solutions.
• Support the design and maintenance of database structures and data models in Snowflake.
• Transform and optimize data for efficient visualization and analysis in Qlik.
• Develop and enhance analytics tools, reusable data assets, and KPIs for customers.
• Resolve technical issues using SQL, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science skills.
• Partner with customers to define and acquire data from Epic and other electronic health records.
• Manage datasets to ensure data quality, traceability, security, and reliable delivery.
• Document solutions, share technical knowledge, and participate in peer reviews.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, health informatics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, database management, data engineering, or business intelligence in a healthcare arena.
• Intermediate-to-advanced skills in at least one technical discipline such as BI development, SQL, data engineering, or data science.
• Strong SQL capability applied to data organization, architecture, and reporting optimization.
• Hands-on experience developing or supporting BI solutions, preferably with Qlik (preferred).
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms; Snowflake experience preferred (preferred).
• Experience with data cleaning, transformation, integration, quality assurance, and technical documentation.
