What you'll do

  • Define and lead the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled clinical development capabilities.
  • Identify high-impact AI opportunities and develop compelling business cases by partnering with senior clinical leadership.
  • Serve as the primary interface between Clinical stakeholders and IT to shape how AI improves trial execution and data quality.
  • Translate complex business objectives into clear product requirements, backlog items, and technical specifications.
  • Manage the end-to-end vision for a portfolio of AI capabilities while balancing platform constraints and value realization.
  • Drive change management and user adoption through training strategies, communication plans, and feedback loops.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by evaluating trade-offs and recommending data-driven solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or a Master’s/PhD with 10+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of clinical development processes including trial operations and data management.
  • Experience leading AI/data product portfolios and teams.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of AI/data platforms such as AWS and Databricks.
  • Experience in Agile product delivery environments.
  • Experience applying AI/ML in clinical trials or development (preferred).
  • Experience in GxP-regulated environments, exposure to generative AI, or familiarity with clinical systems (preferred).
