Clinical Analyst

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day support for designated clinical application systems and resolve service tickets.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain clinical applications and business system enhancements.
• Lead software upgrades by creating test plans, performing validation, and reporting results.
• Perform system analysis and facilitate database conversions to ensure data integrity.
• Create end-user documentation, training materials, and reports for managed systems.
• Conduct daily onsite rounding to serve as the primary workflow support contact.
• Coordinate with Epic EMR teams to manage system functionalities and downtime procedures.
• Provide oversight and leadership to Associate Clinical Analysts on the team.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in a healthcare or healthcare-related organization is preferred.
• Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills are preferred.
• Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols while adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Technical proficiency in office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.
• Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
