What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Healthcare Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
8 years of recent relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Healthcare Strategy.
Proven experience independently leading analytical projects and cross-functional teams.
Deep domain expertise in healthcare operations, finance, or clinical quality.
Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modeling concepts, and financial or operational forecasting.
Strong proficiency in data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI and advanced Excel modeling.
Advanced SQL skills for independent data extraction and exploration.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with masterful presentation design in PowerPoint.
