What you'll do

Lead the visioning and technical architecture of cybersecurity solutions for Federal Civil and State & Local markets.
Translate complex functional requirements into actionable cyber solutions for government clients and industry partners.
Oversee the design and implementation of security methods using automation, orchestration, AI, ML, and cloud technologies.
Manage the system engineering lifecycle including technical constraints, financial resources, and project schedules.
Drive proposal efforts and client discussions to expand business into new and adjacent areas.
Develop high-quality implementation plans and roadmaps for cybersecurity solutions in collaboration with project teams.
Build consensus among multi-disciplinary teams to create a shared vision for complex technology initiatives.

What we're looking for

15+ years of experience leading teams in complex federal civilian IT environments as a senior solution architect and technology subject matter expert.
10+ years of experience designing, developing, configuring, and delivering COTS software for enterprise security solutions.
10+ years of experience interfacing with senior government officials including GS-15, CISO, CIO, and technical directors.
6+ years of experience managing technical integration and solution delivery to federal civilian and state and local clients.
4+ years of experience with IT security operations, including assessment of information assurance and interoperability.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (preferred); TS/SCI clearance (preferred); CISSP Certification (preferred).
