As a Cyber Security Architect, you will join a team of experts to lead the architecture and design of innovative cybersecurity solutions and service offerings intended to protect federal networks. You will utilize technologies such as NGFW and Big Data while potentially working with AWS, Azure, or GCP to solve complex challenges for the U.S. Government. A Secret clearance is required for this position.

What you'll do

  • Design and lead the architecture of innovative cybersecurity solutions to protect federal networks.
  • Identify and implement methods to harden systems and reduce attack surfaces against advanced threats.
  • Translate customer IT needs into actionable plans for secure and effective technical solutions.
  • Research and integrate emerging technologies including IoT, Cloud security, Automation, and Machine Learning.
  • Guide senior executives through the process of building and maturing cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Develop high-quality implementation plans and roadmaps in collaboration with proposal teams.
  • Author technical documentation, whitepapers, and blogs on leading cybersecurity topics and concepts.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience with Cybersecurity.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical project delivery for large, complex organizations.
  • 5+ years of experience in network architecture and design.
  • Ability to guide senior leaders like CISO, CIO, and CTO on cybersecurity capability maturation.
  • Ability to author technical documentation, whitepapers, and blogs on cybersecurity topics.
  • Secret clearance required.
  • HS diploma or GED.
  • Experience with compliance, engineering leadership, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), or advanced technologies like AI and machine learning (preferred); Bachelor's degree or Information Security Certifications (preferred).
