What you'll do

Lead the architecture and design of innovative cybersecurity solutions to protect federal networks.
Identify and implement methods to harden systems and reduce attack surfaces.
Design Zero Trust roadmaps and capabilities aligned with NIST 800-207 and DoD standards.
Lead product selection initiatives for perimeter defense, identity management, and automation technologies.
Advise senior executives on the development and execution of cybersecurity capability maturation.
Manage technical domains including IoT, Cloud security, machine learning, and automated orchestration.
Author technical documentation, white papers, and blogs regarding leading cybersecurity concepts.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience with cybersecurity.
5+ years of experience leading technical project delivery for large, complex organizations.
5+ years of experience in network architecture and design.
Experience architecting Zero Trust solutions aligned with NIST 800-207 and DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Required education and experience combinations: Associate's with 10+ years, Bachelor's with 8+ years, Master's with 6+ years, or 12+ years without a degree.
DoD 8570 IAT Level III and IASAE Level II Certification (e.g., SecurityX or CISSP).
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 CSSP-IS certification within 30 days of start date.
