As a Cybersecurity Architect, you will join a dynamic team of experts to lead the architecture and design of innovative cybersecurity solutions and service offerings specifically designed to protect federal networks. The role requires deep expertise in network architecture, Zero Trust solutions aligned with NIST 800-207 and DoD standards, IoT, Cloud security, Automation and Orchestration, identity and access management, and machine learning. You will utilize tools such as NGFW and Big Data while working across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments to solve complex technical challenges for government infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Design and lead the architecture of innovative cybersecurity solutions to protect federal networks.
  • Identify and implement methods to harden systems and reduce attack surfaces.
  • Translate customer IT needs into actionable plans for secure and effective technical solutions.
  • Balance security requirements with mission needs by providing customized network and system designs.
  • Lead technical initiatives in domains including IoT, Cloud security, Automation, and Machine Learning.
  • Architect Zero Trust solutions and roadmaps aligned with NIST 800-207 and DoD standards.
  • Lead product selection processes for perimeter defense, identity management, and secure DevOps.
  • Advise senior executives on the development and execution of cybersecurity capability maturation.

What we're looking for

  • Must have at least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience leading technical project delivery for large, complex organizations.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in network architecture and design.
  • Must possess a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience architecting Zero Trust solutions aligned with NIST 800-207 and DoD Reference Architecture is required.
  • Experience leading product selection for technologies including perimeter defense, A&O, AI, and identity management is required.
  • Ability to guide senior executives like CISOs and CTOs to execute cybersecurity capability maturation.
