JOB TITLE: Cybersecurity Architect As a Cybersecurity Architect, you will join a dynamic team of experts to lead the architecture and design of innovative cybersecurity solutions and service offerings for federal networks. You will be responsible for identifying the right mix of tools and techniques to translate customer IT needs into secure plans, balancing security with mission requirements. Your daily work involves leading network and systems design, providing customized solutions, and guiding senior leaders through capability maturation. You will utilize expertise in Zero Trust solutions, IoT, Cloud security, Automation and Orchestration, identity and access management, and machine learning. Required skills include experience with NIST 800-207, DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture, and secure DevOps. You must possess a TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor’s degree to succeed in this complex federal environment.

What you'll do

  • Lead the architecture and design of innovative cybersecurity solutions for federal networks.
  • Identify and implement methods to harden systems and reduce the attack surface.
  • Translate customer IT needs into actionable plans for secure and effective solutions.
  • Provide customized network and systems designs that balance security with mission needs.
  • Lead technical domains including IoT, Cloud security, Automation and Orchestration, and identity management.
  • Guide senior executives to ideate, build, and execute cybersecurity capability maturation.
  • Lead product selection initiatives for perimeter defense, zero trust, and secure DevOps.
  • Author technical documentation, white papers, and blogs on leading cybersecurity concepts.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience with cybersecurity.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical project delivery for large, complex organizations.
  • 5+ years of experience in network architecture and design.
  • Experience architecting Zero Trust solutions and roadmaps in alignment with NIST 800-207 and DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture.
  • Experience leading product selection initiatives for perimeter defense, zero trust, A&O, AI, analytics, secure DevOps, IAM, or NAC.
  • Ability to guide senior leaders like CISO, CIO, and CTO to execute cybersecurity capability maturation.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
