What you'll do

Define and maintain the cybersecurity architecture for the L-CAP hybrid cloud platform.
Develop and execute a FedRAMP compliance strategy across all cloud environments.
Lead Authority to Operate (ATO) planning and execution activities for federal systems.
Conduct threat modeling and vulnerability assessments across various platform components.
Design and implement zero trust architecture principles across the enterprise.
Integrate security practices into DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
Establish software supply chain integrity controls including SBOM generation and artifact signing.
Champion an AI-first engineering culture to improve development productivity and code quality.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of cybersecurity experience.
Demonstrated cybersecurity architecture experience for enterprise platforms.
Deep knowledge of FedRAMP authorization processes, NIST 800-53 controls, and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Experience leading Authority to Operate (ATO) efforts for federal information systems.
Knowledge of zero trust architecture principles and cloud security across AWS and/or Azure environments.
Knowledge of software supply chain security practices including SLSA, SBOM, and artifact signing.
U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications; FAA or aviation experience; penetration testing; and SIEM architecture (preferred).
