Senior VDI Administrator

What you'll do

• Perform remote administration of servers located in offsite data centers.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 operations support for Citrix and Microsoft M365 Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Monitor infrastructure health including storage capacity, network connectivity, and database status to identify anomalies.
• Implement version, architectural, and major system upgrades to maintain environment security and operability.
• Conduct network latency analysis and perform periodic backup and restoration of servers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect data and develop solutions for incident tickets and requirements.
• Generate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update documentation for 24/7/365 IT Operations Center personnel.
• Provide mentorship and training for junior team members.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, Master’s with 6 years, Associate's with 10 years, or High School Diploma with 12 years.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must possess a TS/SCI with Poly or a TS/SCI with willingness to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
• Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IT System Admin Intermediate certification requirements (Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+ CE, GSEC, or higher).
• Must have extensive knowledge of Citrix technologies including XenDesktop, XenApp, NetScaler, and StoreFront.
• Must have experience managing Microsoft M365 Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD).
• Must have experience working as a Tier 2 and Tier 3 system administrator using IT Service Management software like ServiceNow.
• Must have experience with scripting, automation, and conducting incident and trend analysis via log review.
