What you'll do

Lead and supervise the engineering team to ensure safe and efficient daily operations.
Manage critical infrastructure including UPS systems, emergency generators, switchgear, and HVAC systems.
Maintain a 100% uptime environment by monitoring performance and responding to alarms or emergencies.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all facility equipment and manage spare parts inventory.
Oversee third-party contractors and vendors to ensure work complies with safety and site requirements.
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
Maintain accurate engineering logs, equipment records, and performance metrics for leadership reporting.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in critical facilities, data centers, or mission-critical environments.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience managing engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with UPS systems, emergency generators, electrical switchgear, and mechanical/HVAC systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders up to 30 feet.
Experience with Corrigo or Maximo; EPA 608 or NFPA 70E training (preferred).
Work Authorization.
