What you'll do

Design the enterprise data ontology strategy and conceptual model for all Palantir workspaces and integrations.
Define the data integration architecture for approximately 100 legacy systems, including ERP, PLM, and supply chain systems.
Establish enterprise standards for data modeling, metadata management, naming conventions, and security compliance.
Develop and roll out the architecture operating model and governance framework for cross-functional teams.
Embed architects within product teams to guide implementation decisions and translate architectural vision into executable requirements.
Lead design reviews for complex integration challenges, ontology extensions, and cross-cutting architectural decisions.
Create a comprehensive training and mentorship program to build architect capability and establish communities of practice.
Partner with IT leadership to codify data governance policies and integration patterns across the organization.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 15 years of related experience, a Graduate Degree with 13 years, or 19 years of experience without a degree.
Must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for required security clearances.
Experience building and scaling engineering organizations, including hiring and training curricula (preferred).
Demonstrated experience with Palantir or similar graph platforms, with Palantir experience preferred (preferred).
Proven ability to design ontologies, taxonomies, and data models for complex domain semantics (preferred).
Experience integrating 10+ systems across heterogeneous platforms like ERP, PLM, and legacy systems (preferred).
Experience working in heavily regulated environments like defense or financial services (preferred).
