What you'll do

Design and develop custom integration solutions for PLM systems using APIs, middleware, and scripting.
Implement workflows, data transformations, and connectors to enable digital thread capabilities.
Build and maintain integrations between PLM and ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
Ensure data consistency, security, and compliance across all integrated platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure minimal system downtime.
Optimize the performance and scalability of existing integration solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions in coordination with architects and engineering teams.
Recommend improvements to enhance automation and efficiency within digital manufacturing processes.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 4 years of related experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Must have at least 6 years of experience in application development and system integration.
Proven track record with major PLM platforms like Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill (preferred).
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ESB, and microservices (preferred).
Strong understanding of digital thread and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts (preferred).
Proficiency in data modeling, configuration management, and PLM workflows (preferred).
Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization such as AWS, Azure, Docker, or Kubernetes (preferred).
Security clearance.
