What you'll do

Provide architectural oversight for the company’s data platform to ensure alignment with standards and best practices.
Lead design reviews for data sourcing, pipelines, models, and ontology resources to enhance scalability.
Develop architectural artifacts and documentation to support the software development lifecycle.
Oversee data pipeline development to ensure scalability, reusability, and high performance.
Utilize Palantir Foundry to perform data integration and ontology management for big data analytics.
Define data governance, metadata, and ontology standards with cross-functional teams.
Recommend improvements to the data platform architecture by staying current with emerging technologies.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of Palantir experience, a Graduate Degree and 10 years of Palantir experience, or 16 years of Palantir experience.
Must have 5+ years of experience as a data architect or in a senior data engineering role supporting enterprise-scale platforms.
Must have 4+ years of experience with data pipeline development or ETL tools such as Palantir Foundry, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or Python.
Must have 5+ years of overall data integration experience in Palantir Foundry or similar tools.
Must be a U.S. citizen to meet security clearance eligibility requirements.
Experience architecting Palantir Foundry platforms for Generative AI capabilities like RAG and LLM integration (preferred).
Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry Pipeline Builder, Code Repository, PySpark, or Spark SQL (preferred).
Experience with Python, Pandas, Databricks, JavaScript, or other scripting languages (preferred).
