Change Management and Training Lead

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive dealer training strategy to accelerate business transformation.
• Manage day-to-day change management project activities, including schedules and risk contingency plans.
• Implement internal change management best practices to ensure alignment across all workstreams.
• Develop and deploy a change management framework to ensure adoption of the Cat ERP solution.
• Participate in business requirements gathering sessions and document requirements for internal development partners.
• Track and measure the success of change management initiatives using dashboards and BI tools.
• Educate global users, champions, and stakeholders on change management processes and methods.
• Manage the intake of product features from product teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

What we're looking for

• Knowledge of effective planning techniques for operational, tactical, and strategic business planning.
• Knowledge of project administration best practices and organizational tools.
• Knowledge of decision-making processes and the ability to analyze situations to reach productive decisions.
• Knowledge of tools and processes for gathering and reporting data.
• Knowledge of how to implement application software and help end-users perform specific tasks.
• ERP and systems knowledge with a focus on MS Dynamics 365 (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a product, process, or deployment leadership role (preferred).
• Technical background with a solid understanding of IT systems and their interactions (preferred).
