What we're looking for
8+ years of experience leading enterprise or program-level quality management and process improvement initiatives for complex, mission-critical network environments.

Experience authoring and maintaining Quality Management Plans.
Experience presenting to senior leaders and technical teams.
Ability to plan and execute data collection, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and communicate analysis using SIPOC, Fishbone, FMEA, and trend analysis tools.
