What you'll do

  • Manage recurring deliverables, trackers, and status rollups for leadership across 12-week planning cycles.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between engineering leads and leadership to translate priorities and report risks.
  • Organize and facilitate workstream reviews, ensuring meetings stay on topic and result in clear decisions.
  • Track and enforce follow-up actions from meetings to ensure all commitments are met by stakeholders.
  • Maintain data accuracy within the Atlas system regarding staffing, mission sheets, and project dependencies.
  • Analyze team structures and resourcing data to identify and resolve staffing gaps or risks.
  • Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements or automation for the planning program.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, or Computer Science.
  • 6+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations, strategy, project management, human resources, or related roles.
  • Experience running recurring meetings and reviews including agenda creation, facilitation, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Experience managing data quality within planning, resourcing, or portfolio tools like Atlas, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to hold senior stakeholders accountable.
  • Working knowledge of organizational design to analyze if teams are properly staffed and structured.
  • Experience supporting a Program Management Office or similar central planning and resourcing functions.
  • Track record of driving process improvements and troubleshooting operational breakdowns in fast-moving environments.
