What you'll do

Design and implement custom CDN solutions for internal engineering teams across various product lines.
Troubleshoot latency and availability issues by analyzing logs, metrics, and performing DNS and HTTP diagnostics.
Configure properties and manage infrastructure across multiple CDN platforms to ensure content delivery at scale.
Develop automated tools and scripts to streamline team workflows and reduce manual tasks.
Manage the onboarding of new customers onto existing and new CDN infrastructures.
Resolve complex technical issues in live production environments under high-pressure conditions.
Adapt quickly to new technologies and diverse systems for every unique project engagement.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience working with Content Delivery Networks including caching, routing, origin configuration, headers, and TLS.
4+ years of production software development experience in Python, Go, or Node.js.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot HTTP and DNS issues in live production environments.
Experience analyzing logs and metrics to root-cause issues under time pressure.
Experience with CDN configuration languages such as VCL, Lua, or EdgeWorkers/Node.
Experience working with multiple CDN vendors like Akamai, Fastly, or Cloudflare.
Familiarity with observability tooling including Grafana, Splunk, or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
