What you'll do

  • Define and evolve the architecture of legal systems to ensure they are scalable, cohesive, and adaptable.
  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions leveraging AI platforms like Claude and Harvey.
  • Translate legal team experiments into production-ready solutions with established patterns and guardrails.
  • Build and oversee integrations across DocuSign CLM, Brightflag, Tonkean, and AODocs.
  • Develop APIs, automations, and data pipelines to connect systems and reduce manual effort.
  • Leverage Databricks and Snowflake for analytics and AI workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership for eDiscovery and Information Governance workflows.

What we're looking for

  • 7–10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or architecture roles.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Codex, or Copilot.
  • Deep ELM/eBilling experience (Brightflag preferred).
  • Strong eDiscovery experience covering the EDRM lifecycle.
  • Experience with data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
  • Understanding of legal workflows including contracts, billing, and discovery.
